Following a further case management on 14 July 2004 a consent order was approved by the Tribunal dealing with the question of interim relief. Following the handing down of the Tribunal's Judgment in case 1044/2/1/04 on 6 July 2005 the appellant was granted permission to withdraw its appeal in this case.
