Summary of appeal published on 21 July 2004. A copy of the contested decision was disclosed to the appellant on 22 July 2004. By an Order dated 3 August 2004 the Tribunal extended the time limit for the defence until further order. Following discussion of the future steps in these proceedings at a case management conference in case 1046/2/4/04 held on 21 September 2004 the appellant was granted permission to introduce an amended notice of appeal by 12 October 2004. This deadline was later extended to 9 November 2004. On 9 November 2004 the appellant applied to stay the appeal. A revised notice of appeal was submitted on 7 December 2004.

A case management conference was held on 11 February 2005. The main hearing took place on 20 and 21 June 2005. The Tribunal's Judgment was handed down on 31 March 2006. A judgment on costs was handed down on 8 January 2007.
