Summary of appeal published on 30 July 2004. The first case management conference was held on 21 September 2004.

A further case management conference was held on 23 November 2004. A site visit to the Heronbridge/Ashgrove Water Supply System took place on 3 February 2005. A substantive hearing took place on 9, 10 & 11 May 2005. An interim judgment was handed down on 22 December 2005. Further case management conferences took place on 23 January 2006, 2 March 2006 and 24 April 2006. A further substantive hearing took place between 30 May 2006 and 7 June 2006.

The Tribunal handed down its main judgment on 6 October 2006. On 12 October 2006 the Tribunal published the judgment after considering the parties’ observations on confidentiality and editorial matters. An abridged version of the judgment has also been published. A directions hearing took place on 24 October 2006 to consider consequential matters in this case and in cases 1031, 1034 and 1045. A further hearing took place on 20 November 2006 at which the Tribunal gave a ruling varying the interim relief granted in case 1034. A further judgment on Dominance and other issues was handed down on 18 December 2006. A judgment on costs was handed down on 8 January 2007. On 2 February 2007 the Tribunal refused a request by Dwr Cymru for permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal.

On 3 April 2007, the Court of Appeal made an Order refusing permission to appeal. On 26 July 2007, the Court of Appeal made an Order granting permission to appeal and an extension of time. A case management conference took place 23 October 2007. On 17 January 2008, the Tribunal handed down a judgment on the appellant's application for disclosure.

A hearing took place on 14 and 15 February 2008. In a judgment handed down on 22 May 2008, the Court of Appeal dismissed in its entirety an appeal by Dwr Cymru against the Tribunal’s judgments of 6 October and 18 December 2006. On 7 November 2008 the Tribunal handed down its judgment on unfair pricing and ordered that the Authority’s Report and Scott Schedule of parties’ submissions be published on the Tribunal website. A further hearing took place on 13 February 2009. Judgment on remedy and costs was handed down on 9 April 2009.
