A further case management conference took place on 23 October 2006 at which BT plc, Cable and Wireless plc, GC Pan European Crossing (UK) Limited, Global Crossing (Europe) Limited, Global Marine Systems Limited, NTL Group Limited and Tyco Telecommunications (US) Inc were granted permission to intervene.
