A ruling in relation to Software Cellular Network Limited's request for permission to intervene was handed down on 20 November 2007. A case management conference took place on 17 December 2007. A hearing took place from 24 January 2008 to 5 February 2008. Judgment on the core issues was handed down on 20 May 2008. On 23 July 2008 the Tribunal refused Orange permission to appeal the core issues judgment. Judgment on the rates in dispute was handed down on 15 August 2008.

On 15 October 2008, the Tribunal made an Order granting T-Mobile (UK) Limited permission to withdraw the “non-core issues” in its appeal pursuant to rule 12 of the Tribunal Rules.

On 17 November 2008, the Tribunal made an Order remitting the BT Disputes Determinations and H3G Disputes Determinations to OFCOM pursuant to section 195(4) of the Communications Act 2003.
