By an Order of the President, made on 22 January 2013, the time for applying for permission to intervene was abridged until 12 noon on 28 January 2013. A first Case Management Conference was held on 29 January 2013 before the Chairman. On 30 January 2013 the Chairman made (i) an Order fixing the timetable and procedure for the remainder of the proceedings up to and including the main hearing, and granting Metlac Holding S.r.L. and Metlac S.p.A. permission to intervene, and (ii) an Order establishing a confidentiality ring. The main hearing took place on 18 and 19 April 2013.
The Tribunal’s judgment will be handed down at a public hearing on 21 June 2013.
