Summary of appeal published 1 December 2009. By an Order dated 24 November 2009, the time for filing the defence was extended until further notice. A case management conference was held on 25 January 2010 when the President of the Tribunal handed down a ruling on the future course of the proceedings. Judgment was handed down on 24 March 2011. A ruling refusing the appellants’ application for permission to appeal was given on 5 July 2011. A Judgment on costs was handed down on Friday 21 October 2011.
