At the case management conference on 2 September 2003 and in the light of the decision of the Office of Fair Trading to reopen its investigation into alleged infringements of the Chapter I prohibition by the interveners, the Tribunal decided to stay the proceedings. On 27 March 2006 the Tribunal issued a reasoned Order continuing the stay until 1 October 2006. On 20 November 2006 the Tribunal made an Order on expenses and closure of the proceedings.
