Notice of claim for damages under section 47A Competition Act 1998 published on 2 July 2010.

A hearing took place on 26 November 2010 to consider an application by the Defendant to strike out part of the claim pursuant to rule 40 of the Tribunal Rules. The Tribunal’s ruling in relation to that application was handed down on 8 December 2010. The Tribunal’s ruling following on from its decision on Dŵr Cymru’s rule 40 application was handed down 21 February 2011. A ruling (Application to amend) was handed down on 9 June 2011.

The Tribunal's Ruling on the Defendant's application of 28th October 2011 to strike out part of the claim was handed down on 16 December 2011. A case management conference took place on 30 March 2012.

A ruling on Security for Costs and other matters was handed down on 23 April 2012. The order accompanying the ruling laid down the timetable for the future conduct of the claim. The main hearing is listed to begin on 15 October 2012, with a time estimate of two weeks.
