Ruling (Case Management of Related Proceedings)

Ruling of the Tribunal in relation to the case management of related proceedings and whether there should have been a joint trial of common issues arising in the Kent proceedings (Case Number 1403/7/721) and the Ennis proceedings (Case Number 1601/7/723) or whether the two proceedings were to carry on independently of each other.

The Tribunal determined that the Kent proceedings should continue in accordance with the existing timetable independently of the Ennis proceedings.
