Claim for damages under section 47A of the Competition Act 1998 by Circadian Limited (the "Claimant") against (1) Carey Group Limited; (2) P.J. Carey Plant Hire (Oval) Limited; and (3) T.E. Scudder Limited (the "Defendants").

The claim was withdrawn by way of consent order dated 19 August 2025 following a confidential settlement between the parties.
