The Appellant filed an application for an interim injunction under section 47A of the Competition Act 1998 on 22 April 2025 (the "Application").

The first day of the Application hearing took place in the Rolls Building on 6 May 2025. The second day of the Application hearing took place in the CAT on 14 May 2025.

On 21 May 2025 the Tribunal granted an interim injunction in relation to the First Permitted Purpose as expressed in the Application. 

On 13 June 2025 the Tribunal granted an interim injunction in relation to the Second Permitted Purpose as expressed in the Application.
