Ruling (Scope of Stage 1 Trial)

In this ruling the Tribunal has refused an application by Google to vary the scope of the Stage 1 Trial in these proceedings. The Tribunal found that there had been no material change of circumstances which could justify changing the scope of the trial only six months ahead of trial, in circumstances where witness evidence had already been filed and expert evidence would be filed shortly.
