1759/7/7/2 JLP A&A Class Representative Limited v Apple Inc. and Others

Application to commence collective proceedings by JLP A&A Class Representative Limited against (1) Apple Inc., (2) Apple Distribution International Ltd, (3) Amazon.com, Inc., (4) Amazon Europe Core S.À.R.L, (5) Amazon EU S.À.R.L, and (6) Amazon.com Services LLC for losses alleged to have been suffered as a result of unlawful agreements entered into by the Proposed Defendants in breach of: (a) the Chapter I prohibition contained in s. 2 Competition Act 1998; and/or (b), until 31 December 2020, the EU prohibition contained in Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
