Application by Aramark Limited for an extension of time under Rule 25(3) of the Competition Appeal Tribunal Rules 2015 to file a notice of application under section 120 of the Enterprise Act 2002 for review of the Competition and Markets Authority’s decision set out in its Final Report on the Completed Acquisition by Aramark Limited of Entier Limited dated 15 January 2026 (the “Application”). The Application was heard on 19 February 2026. The Tribunal issued its Judgment on 10 March 2026 ([2026] CAT 18).
