Application to commence opt-out collective proceedings under section 47B of the Competition Act 1998 by Mr Jeremy Newman against (1) Rightmove PLC; and (2) Rightmove Group Limited. The loss and damage claimed is alleged to have been caused by the Proposed Defendants’ breach of Article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (up to 31 December 2020) and section 18 of the Competition Act 1998.
