The Honourable Lord Ericht is a Senator of the College of Justice and a Judge of the Outer House of the Court of Session in Scotland. Lord Ericht has been nominated by the Lord President pursuant to section 12(2)(ab) of the Enterprise Act 2002 (as amended by section 82 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015) to sit as a Chairman of the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
