Chairman
The Honourable Mr Justice Bryan is a judge of the King’s Bench Division of the High Court of England and Wales and has been nominated by the Lord Chief Justice pursuant to section 12(2)(aa) of the Enterprise Act 2002 (as amended by section 82 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015) to sit as a chairman of the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
