The Honourable Mr Justice Stanley is a judge of the Business and Property Division of the High Court of England and Wales and has been nominated by the Lady Chief Justice pursuant to section 12(2)(aa) of the Enterprise Act 2002 (as amended by section 82(1) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015) to sit as a Chairman of the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
