The Honourable Mrs Justice O’Farrell is a judge of the Kings Bench Division of the High Court and has been nominated by the Lady Chief Justice pursuant to section 12(2)(aa) of the Enterprise Act 2002 (as amended by section 82 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015) to sit as a Chair of the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
