Hugh is an accountant with 20 years’ experience in regulatory and competition finance, particularly in the application of financial accounting data to answer economic questions relating to costing, pricing and profitability. He currently works as an independent consultant, Non-Executive Board Member of the Single Source Regulations Office, Non-Executive Board Member of Horder Healthcare, and Member of the CAA’s Consumer Panel.
