Summary of appeal published 17 April 2007. A hearing took place 16 July 2007 when the Tribunal made a Ruling that the matter be adjourned for thirty days. On 24 August 2007, the Tribunal made an Order that unless the appellant informs the Tribunal by 5pm on 14 September 2007 that the appellant is proceeding with its appeal the Tribunal will reject the appeal pursuant to Rule 10(1)(d) of the Competition Appeal Tribunal Rules 2003 (SI 2003 No. 1372). On 18 September 2007 the Tribunal made an order rejecting the appeal.
