On 1 February 2010, the Tribunal made an Order granting Live Nation Entertainment permission to intervene. A hearing took place on 10 February 2010. On 11 February 2010 the Tribunal made an order quashing the Report of the Commission and referring back the questions contained in paragraph 2 of the Office of Fair Trading’s Terms of reference dated 10 June 2009 for the Commission to reconsider and make a new decision. A ruling on costs was handed down on 18 February 2010.
