A case management conference took place on 17 October 2011 when each of TalkTalk and BT were granted permission to intervene in the other’s appeal and Sky was granted permission to appeal in the TalkTalk and BT appeal. The main hearing took place on 5 and 6 December 2011. Judgment was handed down on 10 January 2012. On 21 March 2012 the Tribunal dismissed TalkTalk’s application for permission to appeal the Tribunal’s Judgment. A ruling on costs was handed down on 30 May 2012. On 27 July 2012, the Court of Appeal made an Order refusing permission to appeal. Following an oral hearing on 30 October 2012 the Court of Appeal made a further order granting TalkTalk permission to appeal the Tribunal's judgment of 10 January 2012. On 30 October 2013 the Court of Appeal handed down its judgment dismissing TalkTalk’s appeal.
