Summary of appeal published on 17 May 2012. By an Order dated 17 May 2012, the time for making requests for permission to intervene was abridged until 30 May 2012. A case management conference took place on 31 May 2012 at which the Tribunal gave directions regarding the future conduct of the appeals. Sky and TalkTalk were granted permission to intervene in the BT appeal and BT was granted permission to intervene in the Sky/TalkTalk appeal. EE’s applications to intervene were dismissed. A ruling in relation to EE’s renewed application to intervene was handed down on 26 June 2012. On 28 September 2012, the Chairman made a reasoned order ([2012] CAT 26) referring the specified price control matters in this appeal to the Competition Commission for determination on or before 29 March 2013.

On 27 March 2013, the Competition Commission published its final determination in relation to the specific price control matters raised in the appeal.

A ruling on disposal of the appeals was handed down on 29 April 2013.
