The Tribunal granted one application for permission to intervene and refused two applications for permission to intervene, with written reasons to follow, and gave directions for the future conduct of the case. On 11 February 2022 the Tribunal issued its ruling providing reasons for its decision in respect of the applications for permission to intervene ([2022] CAT 8).

The hearing of the appeal took place on 11-12 May 2022. On 15 July 2022, the Tribunal issued its judgment dismissing the appeal ([2022] CAT 33).
