Application by Ms Nikki Stopford against (1) Alphabet Inc; (2) Google LLC; (3) Google Ireland Limited; and (4) Google UK Limited. The proceedings concern alleged abusive conduct by Google in the online search market and certain adjacent markets concerning mobile device functionality.
Upon the parties having agreed directions, the Chair made an order on 12 April 2024 vacating the CMC listed to take place on 15 April 2024 and setting out directions for the future conduct of the proceedings.
The CPO hearing took place on 18-20 September 2024. The Tribunal issued its Judgment on 22 November 2024 ([2024] CAT 67).
A case management conference has been listed to take place at 10.30am on 2 July 2025.
