Claim for damages under section 47A of the Competition Act 1998 by NST Worldwide Limited (the "Claimant") against (1) World Snooker Limited; (2) World Snooker Holding Limited; and (3) World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (the "Defendants").

The deadlines for filing both the Defence and the Reply have been extended by consent until 28 March and 30 May 2025 respectively. 

A case management conference ("CMC") took place on 26 September 2025. At the CMC, the Tribunal issued its ruling in relation the the Defendant's application for security for costs ([2025] CAT 53).

A further CMC is listed to take place on 23 February 2026.

A pre-trial review is listed to take place on 7 December 2026.

The trial has been listed to commence on 18 January 2027, with a time estimate of two weeks (and a further week in reserve).
