On 20 May 2025, Eurospares (Continental Parts) Limited (the "Claimant") applied to the Tribunal for an interim injunction. On 27 May 2025, the Tribunal made an Order setting down a timetable for hearing the interim injunction application and for the Claimant to issue a proceedings. The Claimant filed its claim form with the Tribunal on 18 June 2025.
On 25 June 2025, the Tribunal heard the Claimant's application for an interim injunction and ruled at the hearing that it would grant interim relief. The Tribunal's written judgment was published on 28 July 2025.
