1734/5/7/25 (T) Vauxhall Motors Ltd & Others v Niterra UK Ltd & Others

Claim for damages brought by a group of companies within the Stellantis Group (the "Claimants"), which is a multinational automobile manufacturer against companies within the Niterra Group (the "Defendants"), which is a leading supplier of spark plugs for major automobile makers around the world. The claim is in respect of an alleged breach of Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and/or Article 53 of the EEA Agreement.

The Claimants will rely on the European Commission’s decision dated 21 February 2018 (Case AT.40113 Spark Plugs).

The claim was transferred from the High Court to the Tribunal by Order of Master Pester dated 28 May 2025.
