1756/5/7/25 (T) Tesco Stores Limited v Cermaq Group AS and Others

Claim for damages arising from alleged unlawful cartel arrangements entered into and/or implemented by the Defendants in relation to the supply of farmed Atlantic salmon. These cartel arrangements are said to comprise a single and continuous infringement contrary to the Chapter I prohibition contained in s.2 of the Competition Act 1998 and, until 31 December 2020, Article 101(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and Article 53 of the European Economic Area Agreement.

A joint case management conference in the following proceedings has been listed to commence on 19 November 2026 with a time estimate of half a day (the "Joint CMC"): 1632/5/7/24 Asda Stores Limited & Others v Bremnes Seashore AS & Others (the "Asda Proceedings"); 1643/7/7/24 Waterside Class Limited v Mowi ASA & Others (the "Waterside Proceedings"); and 1756/5/7/25 (T) Tesco Stores Limited v Cermaq Group AS & Others (the "Tesco Proceedings") (together, the "Salmon Proceedings"). The Joint CMC will address the issue of joint case management of the Salmon Proceedings.
