1764/5/7/26 (T) B&Q Limited and Others v Mastercard Incorporated and Others

Claim for damages by (i) B&Q Limited; (ii) B&Q (Retail) Guernsey Limited; (iii) B&Q Ireland Limited; and (iv) B&Q (Retail) Jersey Limited in respect of alleged infringements of Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and/or Article 53 of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, and/or Chapter I of the Competition Act 1998, and/or section 4 of the Irish Competition Act 2002.

The claim is made against: (i) Mastercard Incorporated; (ii) Mastercard International Incorporated; (iii) Mastercard Europe SA; and (iv) Mastercard/Europay UK Limited.

The proceedings were transferred from the High Court to the Tribunal by order of the Honourable Mr Justice Henshaw dated 29 January 2026.
