1767/5/7/26 (T) Screwfix Direct Limited and Others v Visa Europe Limited and Others

Claim for damages by (i) Screwfix Direct Limited; (ii) Screwfix Spares Limited; and (iii) Screwfix Direct (Ireland) Limited in respect of alleged infringements of Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and/or Article 53 of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, and/or Chapter I of the Competition Act 1998, and/or section 4 of the Irish Competition Act 2002.

The claim is made against: (i) Visa Europe Limited; (ii) Visa Europe Services LLC; and (iii) Visa UK Limited.

The proceedings were transferred from the High Court to the Tribunal by order of the Honourable Mr Justice Jacobs dated 14 February 2026.
