1423/7/7/21 Home Insurance Consumer Action Limited v BGL (Holdings) Limited & Others

Application by Home Insurance Consumer Action Limited (the "Proposed Class Representative") to commence collective proceedings under section 47B of the Competition Act 1998 (the "CPO Application") against (1) BGL (Holdings) Limited, (2) BGL Group Limited, (3) BISL Limited and (4) Compare the Market Limited (the "Proposed Defendants").

By Order of the President dated 16 February 2022, the time for the Proposed Class Representative to serve the CPO Application on the Proposed Defendants was extended to three months from the date of publication of the Judgment in BGL (Holdings) Limited & Others v Competition and Markets Authority (Case 1380/1/12/21), which is currently pending. A summary of the case will be published pursuant to Rule 76(8) following service of the CPO Application.
