Application by Or Brook Class Representative Limited under section 47B of the Competition Act 1998 against (1) Alphabet Inc; (2) Google LLC; (3) Google Ireland Limited; (4) Google UK limited; (5) Google Asia Pacific Pte Limited; and (6) Google Commerce Limited (together "Google").  The proceedings allege that Google has abused its dominant market position in general search and search advertising to overcharge advertisers and exclude competitors, resulting in supra-competitive advertising prices.
