The President, Members and Staff of the Tribunal note with great sadness the death of Heriot Currie QC on 20 April 2021. Until January this year he held office as a Chairman of the Tribunal where he presided over some important cases. His untimely death is a great loss to the Scottish Bar, but he will also be greatly missed by everyone at the Tribunal.
