Nomination of Judges of the High Court of England and Wales to act as Chairmen of the Competition Appeal Tribunal

The President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal is pleased to announce that the following judges of the High Court of England and Wales have been nominated by the Lord Chief Justice to sit as Chairmen of the Competition Appeal Tribunal:

The Hon. Mrs Justice Cockerill
The Hon. Mr Justice Butcher
The Hon. Mr Justice Jacobs
The Hon. Mr Justice Waksman
The Hon. Mr Justice Foxton

Notes:

Section 12(2)(aa) of the Enterprise Act 2002 enables the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales to nominate High Court judges to sit as chairmen of the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
