Chairman
The Honourable Mr Justice Barling is a judge of the Chancery Division of the High Court and has also been appointed by the Lord Chancellor (pursuant to section 12(2)(b) of the Enterprise Act 2002) as a chairman of the Competition Appeal Tribunal. He was the President of the Tribunal from 2007 to 2013.
