The Honourable Mr Justice McCloskey is a judge of the High Court in Northern Ireland and the President of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber of the Upper Tribunal. Mr Justice McCloskey has been nominated by the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland pursuant to section 12(2)(ac) of the Enterprise Act 2002 (as amended by section 82 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015) to sit as a chairman of the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
