An application for interim relief was received from Napp Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited and Subsidiaries ("Napp") in respect of certain directions made by the Director General of Fair Trading on 4 May 2001. This application was heard by the President sitting alone on 22 May 2001. Judgment was given on the same day. The President granted a consent order suspending certain directions given to Napp, pending the Tribunal’s final decision.
