Claim for damages under section 47A Competition Act 1998 relating to a proceeding pursuant to Article 81 of the EC Treaty and Article 53 of the EEA Agreement in Case No. COMP/E-1/37.512 Vitamins published in the Official Journal of the European Communities of 10 January 2003, OJ 2003 L6/1. The first case management conference was held on 26 July 2004. Further case management conferences were held on 8 December 2004, 17 December 2004, 14 January 2005, 21 January 2005 and 2 February 2005. Pursuant to a consent order made on 25 January 2005 the Claimant's action against the Third Defendants was discontinued. Pursuant to a consent order made on 11 February 2005 and following a notification from the Claimants to the Tribunal, the Claimant's actions against the First and Second Defendants have been dismissed.
