Summary of application for review published on 18 June 2013. By an Order of the President, made on 18 June 2013, the time for applying for permission to intervene was abridged until 12 noon on 24 June 2013. A first Case Management Conference took place on 24 June 2013. On 26 June 2013, an Order of the Chairman was drawn embodying the timetable and procedure for the remainder of the proceedings up to and including the main hearing, and granting the Société Coopérative de Production Sea France S.A. (the “SCOP”) and DFDS A/S permission to intervene.

On 28 June 2013, 2 July 2013 and 3 July 2013, Orders were made varying the terms of the Order drawn on 26 June 2013 in relation to disclosure. An Order establishing a confidentiality ring was made on 1 July 2013.

Pursuant to an Order made on 10 July 2013, the application will be heard together with the SCOP’s challenge to the same decision in Case 1217/4/8/13.

The main hearing took place on 10 and 11 September 2013. On 4 December 2013, the Tribunal handed down its judgment.
