1217/4/8/13 The Société Coopérative de Production Sea France S.A. v Competition Commission

Summary of application for review published on 4 July 2013. By an Order made on 4 July 2013, the time for applying for permission to intervene was abridged until 5pm on 9 July 2013. On 10 July 2013, an Order of the Chairman was drawn embodying the timetable and procedure for the remainder of the proceedings up to and including the main hearing, and granting Group Eurotunnel S.A. (“GET”) and DFDS A/S permission to intervene. The application will be heard together with GET’s challenge to the same Competition Commission decision.
