A case management conference took place on 25 June 2014, at which the Chairman made various directions regarding the future conduct of the case. On 2 July 2014, the Chairman made two confidentiality ring Orders.
A second case management conference took place on 8 July 2014.
On 11 August 2014, the Chairman made an Order granting permission for FIPO to withdraw as an intervener.
On 29 October 2014, the Chairman made an Order: (1) granting HCA permission to amend its notice of application; and (2) revising the procedural timetable.
A directions hearing took place on 15 December 2014. The Tribunal’s Ruling following that hearing was handed down on 23 December 2014. On 12 January 2015, the Chairman made an Order giving effect to that Ruling.
The hearing of the AXA application took place on 23 and 26 January 2015. Judgment was handed down on 13 March 2015. On 16 March 2015, the Chairman made an Order relating to the costs of AXA’s Grounds 3 – 5.
By an Order dated 6 April 2017, the Tribunal granted AXA permission to withdraw its application.
