Appeal against alleged decisions of Ofcom relating to alleged failures by Ofcom to regulate local television and to take enforcement action in relation to alleged breaches of statutory duty.
The Appellant filed an application for interim relief on 6 March 2025. The Respondent filed an application to strike out the proceedings on 13 March 2025.
Comux UK Limited and That's TV Channels Limited requested permission to intervene on 21 and 25 March 2025 respectively. Both parties were granted permission to intervene in the proceedings on 24 April 2025.
A hearing has been listed for half a day on 8 July 2025 to determine the applications: (i) for interim relief; and (ii) to strike out the proceedings.
