The Tribunal ordered: in respect of (i) that the proceedings be struck out on the ground that the Tribunal has no jurisdiction; and in respect of (ii) that the interim relief application falls away due to the Tribunal's lack of jurisdiction. The Tribunal also ordered that Mr Henry pay Ofcom's costs summarily assessed in the sum of £30,000.
