Pro bono scheme: assistance and legal representation for proceedings in the Competition Appeal Tribunal - call for Practising Barristers
Advocate, in collaboration with the Competition Appeal Tribunal, is setting up a pro bono scheme to provide assistance and representation for eligible litigants in person in connection with cases or prospective cases in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
Practising Barristers who would, in principle, be willing to undertake pro bono work in the Competition Appeal Tribunal, are asked to add their names to a mailing list of Volunteer Advocates to be contacted by Advocate when cases arise.
