Claim under section 47A of the Competition Act 1998.
On 14 May 2021 the Defendant made an application for ancillary orders. The hearing of the application took place on 27 July 2021 where the Tribunal gave judgment that the claim will be struck out and/or summarily dismissed, with written reasons to follow. On 7 September 2021 the Tribunal issued its judgment providing reasons for striking out the Claimant's claim in its entirety ([2021] CAT 29).
