This case was transferred to the Tribunal from the High Court pursuant to an Order of Master Kaye dated 4 July 2022 (the “Transfer Order”). The Transfer Order was subsequently varied by an Order of the High Court made by Mr Justice Marcus Smith on 21 July 2022.

This case involves claims against entities in the Visa group of companies in respect of alleged interchange fee overcharges.

On 19 August 2022, the President made an Order designating this case as a “Host Case” pursuant to Practice Direction 2/2022 (Umbrella Proceedings).
