The United Kingdom Competition Appeal Tribunal is a specialist judicial body with cross-disciplinary expertise in law, economics, business and accountancy whose function is to hear and decide cases involving competition or economic regulatory issues.
The fourth Bellamy Lecture will take place on Thursday 5th November 2026, at Parliament House, Edinburgh. Professor Sir David Edward will talk on “Competition Law – Where’s the Mischief?”
The Tribunal has published a Practice Direction concerning disclosure and the management of confidential information.
